On October 30, 2013, a racketeering complaint was filed in Federal District Court in Colorado against California Lawyer Marcia Hatch and her law firm Gunderson Dettmer.Apparently Hatch and her firm represent numerous silicon valley giants including Google Ventures, Benchmark Capital (Peter Fenton), Kleiner Perkins (John Doerr), Spark Capital (Bijan Sabat), Union Square Ventures (Fred Wilson), who have invested in the likes of Twitter, Inc. and sat on its Board of Directors at relevant times.
