Attorney Maria Speth, Esq. of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C. is representing RipOffReport.com in a strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP), against our “Ripoff Report Revolution” boycott action, which is a legitimate boycott protected under the first amendment of the United States.
Case: Common Decency, Inc vs. Ripoffreport.com [CV2013-012936 Maricopa County AZ] |
During a status meeting Chris Ingle Esq, counsel for Michael Roberts and his social justice organization, Common Decency, Inc., made an appearance for the first time. Waiting in the public gallery was an FBI agent, apparently at the behest of Attorney Maria Speth of Jaburg & Wilk.
Maria Speth, told Chris Ingle that she allegedly received an email with the message “what’s that smell” (or words to that effect), to which there was a depiction of a bomb.
Mr. Ingle told Michael that Maria Speth said that she suspects the email was sent by Michael Roberts (me), one of the leaders of the RipOffReport.com boycott action for which Xcentric Ventures, LLC (ripoffreport.com owner) is suing for injunctive relief ( a gag order).
False Allegations -A Pattern Becomes Clear
It seems that there is a pattern of false allegations being made by Maria Speth or those she represents, in that they have alleged that two other death threats had been made previously by other parties involved in Ripoffreport.com litigation.
