Here is an interesting update. BadForPeople.org is a very new domain and I have not sent many e-mails from this domain; but I have been in communications with Google’s legal team using michael.roberts[at]badforpeople.org.
Some supporters of the project are reporting not receiving the few e-mail messages I have sent, but only those friends who use Google’s Gmail or “Google apps”. When they go into the spam folder they find the following message. this is only happening to friends who use Google’s Gmail or “Google apps” for their commercial e-mail communications:
“Why is this message in Spam? We’ve found that lots of messages from michael.roberts[at]badforpeople.org are spam. Learn more“
If you are a Gmail user, let me know if you’re having this problem so we can document.
